Refund policy

At Kasa Mira, we take pride in offering thoughtfully curated home décor products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
  • Customised or made-to-order products.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

  • Order Number
  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping will be borne by Kasa Mira.
  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
